Saturday Soiree Blog Party #24
Welcome, friends! I’ve had a busy week of parties, baking, shopping, grading papers, doing report cards, more baking, and I am exhausted! I feel like the Little Engine That Could, “I think I can, I think I can!” as this hectic week comes to a close.
Despite the busyness, my heart is drawn to the precious innocence of the manger, as I remember the most perfect gift of all. Then, in the chaos of the Christmas rush, my heart is stilled and perspective is restored.
May you too, draw near to the Holy One, and allow Him to fill you with His peace. May your hope rest in the One who sacrificed all for you.
Lately, I’ve been made aware of those grieving and suffering during this special season. I know how hard it is to be filled with Christmas cheer while the storms of life rage around. May you be blessed and encouraged by this post. Please be sure to share with those who need of message of hope this Christmas.
I’m not a food blogger and my pictures prove it, but I shared one of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes this week. There’s also a recipe printable for you to save with your other favorite recipes.
Features, please grab a “featured button” at the right. Congrats!
With my crazy busy week, I’m featuring the top three viewed posts this week. 🙂 Change is good, right?!
